Effect: Heals 20 health of targeted ally every time they are attacked
Spell Level: A2
History: Luce spent a year perfecting her Healing Clip ability. From the time where it only healed her to where it would act upon one other person she deems should be protected. Her new skill accesses the power she gained from her travels with her new family.
