History: {Shizuka Hiou gotten it by biting her finger, and it was created from her blood she even has to use it when she doesn't need it will go back inside her in, and waits for another time to be used. She needs this blood whip when she doesn't have her servant with her she just wanted to make sure that everything about the blood whip will be all right she just wants to make sure that the blood whip doesn't be destroyed by anyone.}
